The MVEX Hosted Buyer Program is an invitation-only initiative designed for global decision-makers leading the adoption of XR, Digital Twin, AI, and immersive technologies.
Through curated matching and dedicated support, the program delivers high-impact business meetings between qualified international buyers and leading solution providers

Who Qualifies?

To be eligible for the Hosted Buyer Program, applicants must:

✅ Be an overseas buyer operating in the IT, Metaverse, XR, Digital Twin, or related technology sectors
(e.g. manufacturing, distribution, technology export, platform, solution provider)

✅ Represent an organization planning or executing digital transformation through technology adoption

✅ Hold decision-making authority or strong influence over purchasing decisions

✅ Be able to travel in person to MVEX 2026 and commit to an active participation schedule,
including a minimum of 10 business meetings and exhibition attendance for at least two days.

✅ Have a defined purchasing or project budget related to the exhibition scope
